Our personal training sessions take place at your home, park, or leisure facilities. We have fun and varied workouts tailormade to suit your requirments, preference and fitness levels. You will have specific targets set early on, which are monitored at specific periods to ensure progress. Rewards and incentives are also used to motivate our clients. Our personal trainers are qualified and experienced in all their specialties and are at your service from start to finish.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

Specific sports are also catered for at befittoday.co.uk including boxing, rugby, cricket, tennis, and all sports requiring explosive power and high levels of fitness. Whatever the sport, athleticism is of great advantage to the player. The type of nutrition and supplementation is just as vital to performance as the workouts itself. The lack of knowledge in this area can be the difference between a champion and an average athlete. Boxers for example, particularly in the heavyweight division rely too much on weight and general mass. Being marely heavier is not necessarilly the answer to a stronger or more powerful boxer. Imagine weariing a rucksack or weighted jacket around your body, weighing an additional 10lbs or 20lbs to perform a set of tasks, the tasks are likely to be more difficult. This would be a similar scenario when a boxer gains weight quickly. Muscle doesnt come on as fast as fat does. Therefore if you gain weight fast, its likely to be fat, and of course useless dead weight. You will be better off carrying less dead weight and more functional weight, ie, muscle!

Bootcamps - Get involved with our fun outdoor bootcamps around London. The bootcamps are designed to be an affordable way for you to burn plenty of calories, and improve fitness whilst having a great time with like minded people. The training sessions we provide are challenging yet achievable and progressive.You will get tips on managing yourself away from the bootcamp in order to maintain your goals on an ongoing basis.

Running, boxing, fun drills and lots of other individual and group games and exercises will be thrown at you. Our bootcamps are all year round through good and bad weather conditions. Your body will store or burn fat regardless of what the weather man says. So come along, rain or shine. Leave your stresses and excess calories at the bootcamp. CIRCUIT CLASSES

Group sessions - Join are renowned circuit classes at Whitechapel on Tuesdays 7pm -8pm and Thursday 6.30pm - 7.30pm. Classes of around 10 -15 members at any one time to give you the desired attention and monitoring you need. A very fun and exciting class involving a series of fat-blasting exercises for people at beginners to advanced levels. Burn an estimated 800 calories in an hour of muscle fibre stimulation and fat loss!
