Personal Trainer Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best possible experience for all clients and to maintain a professional and organized schedule, the following cancellation policy has been established. This policy helps to respect both the trainer’s time and the commitment of other clients.

Cancellation Notice

  1. 24-Hour Notice Required:

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
    • Notifications can be made via phone call, text message, or email.
  2. Late Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.
  3. No-Shows:

    • Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled session without any prior notification will be charged the full session fee.

Exceptions

  1. Medical Emergencies:

    • Cancellations due to medical emergencies are exempt from fees. A doctor’s note may be required.
  2. Unforeseen Circumstances:

    • Consideration will be given to cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate any issues as soon as possible.

Rescheduling

  1. Advance Rescheduling:

    • Clients are encouraged to reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  2. Same-Day Rescheduling:

    • Rescheduling on the same day as the session will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the corresponding fee.

Repeated Cancellations

  • Consistent late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the client’s regular time slot or a review of the training agreement.

Agreement

  • By scheduling a session, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy. This policy ensures fairness and respect for both the trainer and clients.
