Our very own Jamie Oliver would be proud of what we’re doing with our children.

We aim to use athletics training to address these problems by making sport fun and accessible. we wish to educate how damaging bad foods are for the body as well as suggesting healthier alternatives and how the food impacts the body.
An effective way to achieve our goal has been for Be Fit Kids to join forces with Team Olympics. This is an organisation renowned for its success in using professional coaches to motivate children to get involved in sport for fun or as a future career.
The foundation of their teachings lies in the seven Olympic Values – friendship, respect, excellence, equality, courage, determination, inspiration – which are whole heartedly instilled in all participants. In effect, this not only helps a child become a better leader but a more responsible champion.
If we can encourage children to accept the Olympic Values plus cultivate a fun and educational experience, Be Fit Today Kids can guarantee results in their overall outlook towards Physical Education.
Our coaches have all excelled in professional athletic sports plus currently hold appropriate qualifications and are ALL crb checked. The values of Befitotday.co.uk will be incorporated to help children see sport and food in a better light.
We currently have camps in Goodmayes primary school in Essex and Raynham primary school in North London Edmonton.
Befittoday kids is also currently organising new camps in schools and also outside of schools around London and surrounding areas.
